We have the largest salmon bearing river in the world at our doorstep and fish it all season long putting you into huge sturgeon, chrome salmon, summer and winter steelhead and some of the most unique trout in the world.Our clients are treated to the best we can do, regardless of the type of adventure you book or the species you are after.
We are able to accommodate any type of trip whether you are booking a family vacation, day out with friends or a corporate retreat for up to 30 people. We can custom build a package that will enable you to fulfill all your fishing interests and set you up with a trip you will not forget. Simply put-if we don’t do our job right you won’t be coming back. We want you to come back year after year and create that trip you look forward to every year.
If you need a quality assurance to book your trip, I am confident we can do that- I guarantee you that will not book your trip if the likelihood of poor fishing is evident. I will not book you into a trip that you may not have the experience or skills to enjoy your day. I will not book your trip and then sub you out to another company without your knowledge. We do use some amazing guides as sub contractors and I will set your day up if I am already booked. If I feel that the adventure you are booking is not suited to your abilities I will be honest and direct you to something that is more appropriate. I offer some unique classes and courses that may be better suited and will advise you at that time. These are a few of the core values that set my company aside from some of the others. We fish some pretty wild tributaries of the Fraser as well including the upper Pitt, Lillooet, Chehalis, Harrison, and a few others that don’t need to be mentioned. We also fish the Squamish system and a few of those tributaries to spread things about. During the spring time when the Fraser is blown out during late may and June we also have a few lakes that are awesome for great rainbow trout fishing.

Guide Bio - Oliver RutschmannI have been guiding clients in B.C for over 13 years now and have had the opportunity to work with some great companies during that time. I was the senior guide for Swiftwater Guiding for over 7 years and had managed that company for as many years.
I have fished around the world in places such as Germany and Switzerland and I am a European trained chef (my previous life). I have fished throughout Canada as well and have guided most recently for a lodge in northern Manitoba for Pike and Walleye. There is always something new to explore and if you do the same thing continuously it gets boring. I enjoy fishing, hunting and spending my off seasons with my wife and family enjoying the outdoors. I have lived in B.C for most of my life and honestly say I live in the best place in the world. I would love to show it to you!! |
